what is the social impact training?
Taking Baptiste Yoga off of the mat, out of the conventional yoga studio, and applying the methodology in the communal environment (neighborhoods, jails, veterans' hospitals, schools, recovery centers, police academies, non-profit community organizations, and among civic leaders) is the work of the Baptiste Foundation and its programs.
The Social Impact Training will introduce its participants to each unique piece of the Baptiste Methodology and promises to leave participants with a deep understanding of how it can be used to serve various populations of people, specifically where you see the need in your individual home community. Participants will walk away with the distinction between "helping" and "being of service" and leave with concrete tools (such as a strategic plan and a workshop guide) that you can implement to serve any community where you feel called to lead.
Baptiste Yoga changes lives and ultimately changes communities of every population. Regardless of your experience with Baptiste Yoga (you might be a senior Baptiste teacher or you may have never even taken a yoga class before), this training is for you.
who is the social impact training for?
Anyone who is out to make a difference in their home community using the Baptiste Yoga Methodology.
Anyone who sees a need to bring Baptiste Yoga to various populations of people all over the planet.
